Our Promise to you

We guarantee that all orders (up to 10,000 wristbands) received before 3pm Adelaide time will be printed (if applicable) and dispatched that day. However, we do try and dispatch orders up to 6pm. If your order is urgent and it is after 3pm please get in touch to see if same day dispatch is still available.


Shipping Charges

All website orders delivered within Australia are subject to free shipping.
There is no minimum order value for this. Just simple free shipping always, and forever.
Charges do apply to premium services which include Express Shipping, Same-day delivery and international shipping.
A flat charge of $10.00 inc GST is payable for Express Shipping
Same-day delivery is subject to availability and a quote – please get in contact.
International shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.


Shipping Services

Orders up to 600 wristbands are sent via Australia Post’s Large Letter service. These packages are always sent on AusPosts Priority Timetable and 90% of orders to metropolitan areas are delivered the next day. For further information on delivery times please contact us or refer to Australia Posts website.
Larger orders are sent via either Australia Post or via a courier of our choosing. These may require a signature on delivery, however tracking and delivery updates where available will be sent to your email address or your mobile phone via text. Please allow 1-6 working days for your delivery to arrive. If you do not have your delivery after 6 days please contact us. If your express delivery Item has not arrived after 3 working days please contact us.


Delivery Times

Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee delivery times on our free service. Timed delivery services such as express shipping is guaranteed for Australia post’s delivery times to your area. If your delivery is late when you have selected the express shipping postage you will be eligible for a refund.


Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your wristbands must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Custom printed wristbands are exempt from being returned as they cannot be resold.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* The wristbands are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing amounts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any order that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned wristbands. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this may take several days to clear.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund physically shows on your credit card statement.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@thewristbandco.com.au.


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace wristbands if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange wristbands for another colour, send us an email at sales@thewrsitbandco.com.au and we will advise whether this is possible.


Shipping your return

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if this was not paid for. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. All returns must be posted with a tracking number. Otherwise we cannot be held liable should this return go missing during transit.
