We supply wristbands, lanyards, tickets and related products, including custom-made items.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Once an order is placed, it may not be cancelled or modified without our approval.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
Payment must be made in full before production or dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
We are not responsible for pricing errors and may cancel orders where such errors occur.
Where you provide designs, artwork, text or specifications (“Artwork”), you acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all Artwork submitted to us is accurate, complete and print-ready. This includes (but is not limited to):
spelling, grammar and wording
layout, alignment and sizing
colours and design elements
placement of logos, text and images
We are not responsible for identifying errors or inconsistencies in Artwork provided by you.
Where a digital proof or mock-up is provided:
You must carefully review and approve the proof before production
Your approval (including email approval or approval via our website) constitutes confirmation that all details are correct
Once a proof has been approved, the order will proceed to production and cannot be changed.
We are not liable for any errors in Artwork once:
a proof has been approved; or
production has commenced based on Artwork you have supplied
This includes any errors in spelling, design, colours, layout or specifications.
We do not offer refunds, replacements or free reprints where errors arise due to:
incorrect Artwork supplied by you
failure to properly review or approve a proof
changes requested after approval
Any reprint requested in these circumstances will be treated as a new order at full cost.
You acknowledge that minor variations may occur in the final product, including:
colour variations due to screen vs print differences
slight positioning or alignment variations
material or production tolerances
These do not constitute defects.
You warrant that you own or have permission to use all Artwork provided.
You indemnify us against any claims, damages or liabilities arising from:
intellectual property infringement
unauthorised use of logos, images or content
We reserve the right to refuse to print any Artwork that we consider:
unlawful
offensive
infringing on intellectual property rights
otherwise inappropriate
Our products are intended for general identification, promotional and event use only.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Wristbands must not be applied too tightly and should not restrict circulation
Lanyards may present a choking, strangulation or entanglement hazard if used improperly
Products should not be used in environments where they may become caught in machinery or equipment
Products are not designed for medical, safety-critical or high-risk applications
You are responsible for ensuring products are used safely and appropriately, including supervising children where applicable.
Where products are supplied for use by third parties (including event attendees, staff or customers), you are responsible for:
ensuring safe distribution and use
providing appropriate warnings and instructions
supervising use where necessary
We are not responsible for how products are used after delivery.
To the extent permitted by law, you assume all risks associated with the use of our products, including risks arising from misuse, improper application or use outside intended purposes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where permitted, our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee is limited to:
replacement of the goods; or
supply of equivalent goods; or
repair of the goods; or
payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect, incidental or consequential loss) arising from:
the use or misuse of our products
failure to follow safety guidance
use of products in unintended or unsafe environments
delays in delivery
loss of data, revenue, profits or business opportunity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THE WRISTBAND CO PTY LTD, its directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from:
your use or misuse of our products
your breach of these Terms
any materials or content you provide
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Returns and refunds are governed by the Australian Consumer Law.
Custom or personalised products are generally not eligible for return unless defective or not as described.
You must notify us within a reasonable time if there is an issue with your order.
You agree not to:
misuse the website
attempt unauthorised access
introduce malicious software
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
All content on this website is owned by or licensed to us and must not be used without permission.
