Turnaround Times and Shipping

Plain wristbands
All orders received before 3 PM ACDT will be sent out the same day. All orders received after this time will be dispatched the next business day.

Custom printed wristbands
All orders received before 3 PM ACDT under 5,000 wristbands will be sent out the same day. All orders received after this time will be dispatched the next business day.

Our wristbands are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Kent Town, South Australia.

We offer five shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (FREE): delivery within 10 business days
  • Registered Shipping ($7.95): delivery within 7-10 business days
  • Express Shipping ($14.95): delivery within 3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping ($24.95): delivery next business day (metro areas only).
  • Collection – if you are based in Adelaide, South Australia, you can select collection at the checkout. We will be in touch to confirm when your order is ready for pickup.

 

At the checkout, we will also ask you for your required delivery date, we will use this information to select the correct courier for our express and overnight shipping methods.

We print all of your wristband orders ourselves from our warehouse in Kent Town, South Australia. This is how we can ensure the fastest turnaround times for custom wristbands Australia-wide.
Yes absolutely! Please select the collection option at the checkout, and once your order has been received, we will be in touch to confirm a collection time with you. This can be as soon as a few hours after your order has been placed.
For prompt dispatch of your order on the same day of placement, kindly ensure that we receive your order prior to 3 PM ACDT.
Depending on your order size, your order will either be shipped with Australia Post, TNT or StarTrack.

All of our Tyvek wristbands are 25mm wide and 250mm long.
Yes – all of our wristbands are one size fits all. Once applied to the wrist, they wrap around themselves, meaning you can adjust them to fit both very small and very large wrists.
Our wristbands are made from a material called Tyvek, which is 100% recyclable. In order to recycle them you have a few options; you can either take them to your local HDPE-2 recycling point, or you can send the wristbands back to us to be recycled through our program with TerraCycle. Through our program with TerraCycle, your wristbands are correctly recycled and repurposed into items such as building supplies and park benches.
Our wristbands are manufactured from the highest quality DuPont Tyvek, right here in Australia!

Yes, all of our wristbands are printed and dispatched by us in Kent Town, South Australia. We are a South Australian small business and are proud to offer genuine Australian Made wristbands that are certified Australian Made by the Australian Made Campaign.

Printing and Design

We can print anything you would like on the wristbands! If you would like to completely design your own wristbands, please head to our custom-printed wristbands page. You will then be directed to our wristband designer, whereby you can create your own wristbands and see a preview of your finalised design before checking out.
Yes absolutely! We print digitally in CMYK, there is no extra charge for colour print! To achieve our high-quality black print, we use a layered mix of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black which adds great depth and richness giving great contrast to the artwork on race bibs and wristbands.
If you require white print on your wristbands, this is no problem. We will need to create a bespoke wristband for you by fully printing a custom background on white wristbands. These designs always come out great so if you are thinking about this, please get in touch so we can start working on these for you.
Once the wristbands are worn, it is essential to note that the end of the wristband securely wraps around the wrist and remains concealed beneath the adhesive strip. Considering this aspect, we highly recommend positioning the most crucial elements of your design towards the left side of the wristband. This strategic placement ensures optimal visibility of the design, regardless of the wearer’s wrist size.
YES! With full-colour printing, we can cover the entire wristband in your unique design! We offer a free design service, so if you are interested in having a custom design created for you, please get in touch with our friendly team.
All of our wristbands are 25mm wide and 250mm long, the maximum printable area on the wristbands as standard is 19mm by 3mm in from the top and bottom edges of the wristbands.
Yes – The wristband colour can show through colour print changing its colour. If you have a logo with a white area, this will then become the colour of the wristband. If you would like the truest colour print for both your coloured text/logo, we would always suggest choosing white wristbands to keep the colour as true as possible. If you have any concerns please get in touch as the team will always want to ensure we achieve the best results for you.
This is no problem! This is called variable data printing and is something we specialise in. This can be done in almost any barcode format, and is also a great way to have a list of different names and areas printed individually on each wristband. Please contact us directly, and we can better assist you with this.
No problem! If you have a specific font in mind, please get in touch and we will certainly be able to accommodate this for you.
No problem! Whether you have a clip art image idea or a specific one you would like to use, get in touch and we will certainly be able to accommodate this for you – we love hearing your ideas and working with you to create something special.
Variable data is the process whereby we print different information onto each wristband individually. Whether you need different names, a numbering pattern, barcodes, QR codes or a combination of all – we can certainly help! Please contact us directly for a personalised service, including unlimited rounds of design revision, quoting and proofing.

As standard, there is a non-printable area on all of our wristbands along with the adhesive strip, however, with full-colour printing, we print right to the very edges, meaning the whole wristband is covered in your design, apart from the adhesive strip.

Turnaround Times and Shipping

From the point of ordering and confirming your design, your lanyards will be dispatched within 3 weeks. If you require lanyards urgently, please get in touch, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Our lanyards are eco-friendly as they are made from 100% post-consumer PET polyester. In addition, our lanyards are created to last, so you can reuse them time and time again within your organisation. This material is incredibly soft and has a satin-like finish making them extremely comfortable to wear around your neck.

Our lanyards are offered in two sizes:

  • 15mm wide by 900mm long.
  • 20mm wide by 900mm long.


If you are looking for thicker sizes, please get in touch with us as it’s no problem to accommodate for this.

To keep things simple, we offer one attachment which is a J-swivel attachment. This is included in the price. If you would like other attachments including an executive swivel or a safety breakaway, please get in touch as it’s no problem to accommodate for this.

Printing and Design

You can have anything from a single word with a simple colour, or go all out and have a full custom design with a colourful background and detailed artwork. Printing is done in full colour in the CMYK colour space, and there is only one price, so no matter how complex your design is, or if you want to cover the entire lanyard, you will not be charged any extra for this.

Our lanyards are 15mm x 900mm, and you can supply your artwork in this size or download our templates here.

Yes! Our print goes all the way to the edge, we recommend having a safe space of 2mm top and bottom as a bleed.

We are keeping things nice and simple with four shipping options below, the great news? One of them is FREE!

AUSTRALIA

  • Standard Shipping – FREE (You will receive your order within 10 business days) If your order is under 300 wristbands and you select standard shipping, you will not receive any tracking information.
  • Registered Shipping – $7.95 (you will receive tracking information, and your order will be delivered within 7 – 10 business days)
  • Express Shipping – $14.95 (You will receive tracking information, and your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days)
  • Overnight Shipping – $24.95 (you will receive tracking information, and your order will be delivered the next business day) This service is only available within metro areas and your order must be placed before 1 PM ACDT.
  • Collection – if you are based in Adelaide, South Australia, you can select collection at the checkout. We will be in touch to confirm when your order is ready for pickup as an appointment is required.

NEW ZEALAND

  • Standard Delivery – $20.00 (You will receive your order within 10 – 18 business days)
  • Express Shipping – $40.00 (You will receive your order within 10 business days)

Our registered, express and overnight services all include tracking in addition to any orders above 300 wristbands. Your tracking information can be found within the dispatch email we will send you.

For orders under 300 wristbands sent via our standard, free service tracking is not available. If you would like to receive tracking information – we would suggest opting for our registered or express postage option!

We are so sorry to hear you are not happy with your wristbands, rest assured we will do all we can to rectify this for you. Please contact us as soon as possible, you can reach us by;

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your wristbands must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

Custom printed wristbands are exempt from being returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned wristbands. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this may take several days to clear.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund physically shows on your credit card statement.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace wristbands if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange wristbands for another colour, send us an email ([email protected]) and we will advise whether this is possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if this was not paid for. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. All returns must be posted with a tracking number. Otherwise, we cannot be held liable should this return go missing during transit.

Our minimum order numbers depend on the product:

  • Tyvek Wristbands:
    8 wristbands minimum.

  • Plain Silicone Wristbands:
    10 wristbands minimum.

  • Custom Silicone Wristbands:
    100 wristbands minimum, 500 for glitter or glow-in-the-dark options.

  • Eco Friendly Fabric Heat Sublimated Wristbands:
    100 wristbands minimum.

  • Photo Finish
    Wristbands: 500 wristbands minimum.

  • Custom Heat Sublimated Lanyards:
    50 lanyards minimum.

  • Pre-Designed Ticket Rolls:
    1 roll ( 1000 tickets) minimum.

  • Custom Ticket Books:
    1 book ( 1000 tickets) minimum.

We are open:
Monday – Friday between 8:30 AM & 8:30 PM
Saturdays between 10:00 AM & 5PM
Sundays we are closed (and most likely at the beach or Bunnings)

When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your invoice, this will also be sent out with your wristbands.
