WHAT IS THE CUT OFF TIME FOR SAME DAY DISPATCH?

All orders received before 3 PM ACDT under 5000 wristbands will be sent out the same day. All orders received after this time will be dispatched the very next business day.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We’re sorry to hear this, but we understand! Please contact us as soon as possible to see if your order is able to be cancelled, you can reach us by;

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS & HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We are keeping things nice and simple with four shipping options below, the great news? One of them is FREE!

Australia

  1. Standard Shipping - FREE (You will receive your order within 10 business days) If your order is under 500 wristbands and you select standard shipping, you will not receive any tracking information.
  2. Registered Shipping - $6.00 (you will receive tracking information and your order will be delivered within 7 - 10 business days) 
  3. Express Shipping - $9.95 (You will receive tracking information and your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days)
  4. Overnight Shipping - $19.95 (you will receive tracking information and your order will be delivered the next business day) This service is only available within metro areas and your order must be placed before 1 PM ACDT.

New Zealand

  1. Standard Delivery – $20.00 (You will receive your order within 10 - 18 business days)
  2. Express Shipping - $40.00 (You will receive your order within 10 business days)

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

No - Unfortunately, we have stopped offering collection as of January 2021. Please choose from one of our shipping options; Standard, Registered, Express or Overnight. 

WILL SOMEONE NEED TO BE HOME TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

Although a signature is not required, depending on your order size, your wristband package may not fit through your letterbox! If you are not home to receive your order, our delivery partner may leave a calling card advising how to either collect your order or organise redelivery.

WHO WILL DELIVER MY WRISTBANDS?

We use a range of delivery providers based on speed and your location. Most commonly we use Australia Post, Courier services; TNT, Couriers Please, StarTrack, UPS, DHL and Fast Track. If you live in or around Adelaide CBD, one of our friendly staff members may also drop your order off.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER OR TRACKING LINK?

Our Registered, Express and Overnight services all include tracking in addition to any orders over 500 wristbands. Your tracking information can be found within the dispatch email we will send you.

For orders under 500 wristbands sent via our standard, free service tracking is not available. If you would like to receive tracking information – we would suggest opting for our registered or express postage option!

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY WRISTBANDS ☹ WHAT CAN I DO?

We are so sorry to hear you are not happy with your wristbands, rest assured we will do all we can to rectify this for you. Please contact us as soon as possible, you can reach us by;

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your wristbands must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

Custom printed wristbands are exempt from being returned as they cannot be resold.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* The wristbands are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing amounts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any order that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned wristbands. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this may take several days to clear.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund physically shows on your credit card statement.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at accounts@thewristbandco.com.au.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace wristbands if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange wristbands for another colour, send us an email at sales@thewrsitbandco.com.au and we will advise whether this is possible.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if this was not paid for. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. All returns must be posted with a tracking number. Otherwise, we cannot be held liable should this return go missing during transit.
