Do the wristbands fit on children’s wrists?

Absolutely! The great thing about our wristbands is that they wrap back around themselves – this means one size fits all so they are perfect for both the young and the young at heart! Please do not allow children to wear the wristbands unsupervised - stay safe out there! 

When purchasing Plain Wristbands, if I select the “Mixed” colours option, what colours will I receive?

You will receive a random selection of colours depending on your order size, we will try and provide you with every colour. If you would like specific colours, please add this into your order notes when placing your order.

Where are you located?

We are located in Adelaide, South Australia… Where all the magic happens!

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum order across all wristband categories is 8 wristbands.

What are your opening hours?

We are open;

Monday – Friday between 8:30 AM & 8:30 PM
Saturdays between 10:00 AM & 5PM
Sundays we are closed (and most likely at the beach or Bunnings)

Are you a school or organisation that needs to pay via an invoice? – no problem! Please get in touch.

What size are your wristbands?

All of our wristbands are 25mm wide and 250mm long.

Do your wristbands come with any branding on the reverse?

Yes is the short answer, all of our wristbands have our company logo, website address and contact number on the reverse – this cannot be seen when the wristbands are worn.

Can you provide blank back/plain label wristbands?

Absolutely! If you would prefer not to have our company information on the reverse, please advise this in the order notes at the checkout.
For resellers and stockists, as standard, your wristbands will not have any of our company information on the reverse.

Do you offer a plain label delivery service?

Yes, absolutely! We love to work with resellers - Simply advise us at the time of placing your order that you would like to use our plain-label service, we will ensure that your wristbands are delivered, carrying no identifying marks or labels that could indicate where the wristbands were dispatched from. Alternatively, please contact us to set up an account. 

Do you have a store?

We do not have a store in which you can visit – we like to work behind the scenes… for now anyway!

What is your wholesale policy and do you offer discounted prices?

We have a simple wholesale policy for both domestic and international resellers. We also offer a discounted rate - Please email for more information or head to our Bulk and Wholesale wristbands page for more information.

How does your “the more you buy, the more you save” pricing structure work?

Simple! The greater the number of wristbands that you order, the cheaper the price becomes for each wristband, this discount is automatically applied. 

I haven’t received an order confirmation email?

We are sorry to hear this, sometimes our emails can be sneaky and end up in your junk mailbox – please check in here in the first instance. If you still have not received anything, please contact us and we will get one sent over for you straight away.

How can I get an invoice?

When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your invoice, this will also be sent out with your wristbands. How does your price beat policy work?

We offer a fuss-free and friendly price beat policy, have you seen wristbands for less elsewhere? Simply email over the quote with today’s date on it to we will then beat the price and promise to offer you a friendlier and faster service than if you were to purchase elsewhere!

Do you offer assistance to charities and non-profit organisations?

How do I apply for sponsorship?

Each month we choose one special event to sponsor, so if you would like The Wristband Co. to donate wristbands for your event, simply complete our Sponsorship form that can be found on our Sponsorship page, tell us why you have decided to raise money for your chosen organisation and how you think you would benefit from our support!
